Toosen determines the screen size and pixel density according to the optimal viewing distance. A density of 40,000 pixels per square meter delivers the best viewing experience at distances between 5 and 50 meters. In addition, Toosen uses an advanced 16-bit data interface to improve image sharpness and overall display clarity.
Toosen designs its LED displays with a brightness level above 2500 cd/m². As a result, the screen maintains vivid colors and sharp images even after LED brightness decreases by more than 30% over time.
Moreover, the system uses high-performance control ICs and Category 5 shielded twisted-pair cables to achieve a refresh rate of at least 7680Hz. This high refresh rate eliminates flickering and water ripple effects during video playback while also reducing digital signal loss and electromagnetic interference.
To further enhance reliability, Toosen adopts military-grade connectors for both power supply and signal transmission. These connectors effectively minimize failures caused by tension and external stress.
Toosen independently develops its control system and subjects it to 240 hours of continuous aging tests to ensure long-term stability and reliability. Furthermore, the system uses dual redundant hot backup technology. If one signal line fails, the secondary line immediately takes over without interrupting normal operation, ensuring seamless performance.
Toosen selects only high-quality branded components for every LED display. Most importantly, the company uses premium LED lamps to guarantee consistent brightness, color accuracy, and product durability.
Toosen applies a rigorous three-stage aging procedure before shipment:
First, production modules undergo 24 hours of continuous power-on aging.
Next, each cabinet completes 48 hours of testing.
Finally, the fully assembled display simulates on-site operation for 72 consecutive hours.
Only products that pass all testing stages qualify for delivery and installation.
Toosen manufactures all products in strict accordance with the ISO9001-2000 quality management system. In addition, every display undergoes IP65 waterproof testing to ensure excellent protection against water and dust.
During installation and commissioning, professional technicians follow the approved engineering plan and achieve installation standards above Grade C, the highest level for LED display installation quality.

The operating system runs on Windows XP and also supports the latest Microsoft Windows platforms. Meanwhile, all application software features a user-friendly Windows interface.
The playback software includes advanced clock functions that display synchronized digital or analog clocks, current dates, and real-time system information. In addition, multi-thread technology allows the system to simultaneously play text, animations, clocks, images, and audio content.
Toosen designs its LED display system to support conferences, live performances, television broadcasting, and advertising applications. The system integrates multimedia communication, real-time data transmission, and multiple video interfaces. Consequently, users can easily connect various audio and video sources and manage them through a unified control platform.
The display system supports true-color dynamic video playback with high-fidelity image quality. It can broadcast closed-circuit television and satellite TV programs while supporting multiple input and output interfaces, including:
Composite Video
Y/C (S-Video)
YPbPr
VGA (RGBHV)
DVI
HDMI
SDI / HD-SDI
In addition, the system supports video devices such as VCD, DVD, LD players, and recorders. Users can overlay text, animations, and static images directly onto video content.
The software also supports real-time editing features such as panoramic display, close-up shots, slow motion, and special effects. Furthermore, users can adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and chroma through 256-level software controls. Additional functions include image freeze, display synchronization, VGA and video overlay modes, and horizontal/vertical position compensation.
The system can display a wide range of computer-generated content, including text, graphics, images, and both 2D and 3D animations. It also supports multiple display effects such as scrolling text, moving banners, rotating graphics, zooming effects, and diagonal transitions.
Moreover, the display can create multiple windows for clocks, calendars, and real-time text broadcasting. The system supports many languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Latin, and Russian.
Thanks to its multimedia broadcasting software, users can flexibly manage and publish different types of content. Through network connectivity, the display can share network resources and transmit online information in real time. Standard audio output interfaces also ensure perfect synchronization between sound and visuals.
